Rhonda and Rita, the authors of From Gringo to Tico

Rhonda Bulkley (pictured left), an expat from California, kept detailed notebooks on the practical aspects of living in Costa Rica.  The notebooks proved so useful to others that she was urged to publish them. 
Rhonda is the founder of Caring Hearts, an organization in Costa Rica that teaches orphan girls job and life skills. 
She has lived in Costa Rica with her husband, Brian for two and a half years.  They have five children and four grandchildren living in the US.

Rita Lucas (pictured right) is a Canadian who spends at least 6 months a year in Costa Rica at her B&B in the south Pacific area; and has been coming to Costa Rica for the past 10 years. She fell in love with this beautiful country on her first visit.
Rita is a published author, the founder of Two Wise Chicks Publishing and a Belief Re-Patterning™ Practitioner . She coaches clients from all walks of life on personal and business related matters; as well as helping people self publish their writings.
